Meet award-winning children's author Blair Northen Williamson. This event is brought to you by Plastic Ocean Project and sponsored by the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, and the Historical Society of Topsail Island. There will be fun for everyone, including a book signing, crafts, snacks, giveaways, and Ocean Education.
