Upstairs Hampstead is a Studio that is adaptable & customizable to suit a variety of needs. Our Event Hosts provide various events geared to providing a positive experience for our neighbors, like CPR & First Aid training, Seminars / Workshops, Yoga classes, after-school programs for children, and small private events like Baby & Bridal showers. We welcome the community to sign up for Events/Classes or rent the Studio to share their passion/talents.
