NC Birding Trail

The trail emphasizes the importance and conservation of birds that are native to NC.   In Pender County, you will see Birds and Waterfowl that are native to Coastal NC, specifically those who are found in Pine/Hardwood Forrests, Floodplain Forests, Longleaf Pine Forests, Savanna, and Wetlands.  For more information be sure to visit the website.  Featured on the MST, Seg. #14 located at mountainstoseatrail.org/segment/14/ at the Holly Shelter Boating Access.
