Burgaw Autumn Festival Presents the Graveyard 5K & Boo-gaw Trick or Treat Mile Burgaw Autumn Festival's Graveyard 5K & Boo-gaw Trick or Treat Mile Graveyard 5K. The Graveyard 5K is a traditional race through Burgaw, North Carolina including running on the the scenic Osgood Canal Greenway and Urban Trail. Our brave racers will also run through a 1/3 mile section through the Burgaw Cemetery. According to records, there are graves dating back to the 1860s. Run fast! Boo-gaw Trick or Treat Mile. In this One Mile Race, candy stations will greet young runners and walkers. This event is open to participants of all ages. Eating Contest! Fat Daddy's Boo-berry Knot Eating Contest! Want to try a different kind of race? It wouldn't be an Autumn Fest without a good old eating contest. Fat Daddy himself is cooking up his special recipe Boo-berry Knots. How many can you eat in two minutes? Let's find out! Winner is going home with $200 cash!
