The NC Blueberry Festival will be offering tours of the research farm located in Castle Hayne, NC led by researchers from NC State University! They will discuss the work they do to develop new blueberry varieties as well as the work being done to study and improve the health and nutritional value of blueberries, blueberry plant breeding, variety selection, pest management and harvest practices. After your tour, you'll come back to Burgaw, NC to enjoy the rest of the day at the 21st Annual NC Blueberry Festival.
