Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Hampstead to donate proceeds to \ Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center for September 15th Event
Hampstead, NC, August 25, 2023 -- Tidal Wave Auto Spa, one of the fastest-growing express car wash companies in the country, is pleased to announce its fifteenth annual Charity Day will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023. On Charity Day, 100% of proceeds made across the company’s footprint are donated to non-profit organizations.
This year, Tidal Wave Auto Spa at 2821 NC Hwy 210 E is partnering with Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, which will receive 50% of all proceeds made at this location on Charity Day. The mission of the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center is to conserve and protect all species of marine turtles, both in the water and on the beach. We accomplish this through the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of sick and injured sea turtles; public education regarding the plight of sea turtles and the threat of their extinction; and learning opportunities for students of biology, wildlife conservation, and veterinary medicine from around the world. The other 50% of proceeds will be donated to the company’s long-time corporate partner, Annandale Village, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing progressive life assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.
Last year, Tidal Wave raised over $350,000 on Charity Day, bringing the total amount of donations over the event’s fourteen-year history to over $1,000,000. 2023 is set to be the company’s largest Charity Day yet, partnering with over 150 local non-profit organizations across their footprint.
