| A Cape Fear River Retreat |

| Dragonfly, as it is affectionately called, is an amazingly private, quiet and serene home located on the North East Cape Fear river, about 25 minutes from Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach.
Built in 2002 by the current owner as a vacation home, this home is the ultimate getaway. A brand new cook's kitchen, massive deck and screened in porch that faces the river and a projector with 10' screen for screening films help to make this place very special. The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with an extra large Jacuzzi and walk in shower in the master bath. Nearly every piece of furniture is antique (circa 1900) and most of the art is from local artists. Feel free to take the canoe out or take a quiet walk around the adjacent pond to view the many animals and foliage that call this region home.
Enjoy our pig picking/oyster roast fire pit that seats 14 or billiards on a full size pool table. The property comes with caretaker in the event of questions or additional needs. The Dragonfly...a whole house rental.
