Harbour Village Marina is a private marina located on the Intracoastal Waterway at mile marker #267, behind Topsail Island. (N34'23.173, W77'38.251) The marina offers its members the use of a boat ramp, free parking, a picnic area, and floating dock facilities. These facilities are for the use of members or guests accompanied by members, only. The marina lounge is handicap accessible and offers both gas and diesel fuels, showers, lounge, 30/50 amp power connections, and pump-out services. Transient boaters are welcome, but reservations are required. Please contact the Harbour Master for details. Both fuel and pump-out services are available to the general public.

Extending 850 feet into the Atlantic Ocean, the Jolly Roger Pier has long been an area landmark known not only for its superb fishing, but also as a great place to stroll. The pier is fully lit at night and an evening stroll is a tradition for many generations of Topsail vacationers. For the expert or novice fisherman, the Pier has a fully stocked tackle shop, with all bait and tackle for pier, surf, sound, and offshore fishing. Rod rentals, ice, snacks, domestic and imported beer, and other beverages are also available. The tackle shop also carries a complete line of beach necessities, from sunscreen and toiletries, to Jolly Roger branded hats and t-shirts. Our staff is a great source of local information and lore, and we're open early and late for your convenience. Next door is our Oceanfront Motel and don’t forget to grab a bite to eat at our grill.

We have 40 Wet Slips that accommodate 13' to 35' boats. We offer over 365 Dry Storage Slips that accommodate 13' to 26'. Any boats larger than 26' are individually quoted. We offer Concierge service for all Wet & Dry Slip customers. We have ice, beverages, snacks and more and they can be waiting for you on your boat! We also offer provisions such as having your boat washed and filled up after a fun-filled day on the water. While you're waiting be sure to visit the Sailfish Restaurant right on site!

Topsail Island's first fishing pier. Originally built in 1948, it was destroyed by Hurricane Fran in 1996 and totally rebuilt and reopened in August of 1997. We have a large selection of bait and fully stocked tackle shop with rental equipment. We also have a gift shop with souvenirs and T-shirts. For your convenience, we have two large fish cleaning stations and lighting for all night fishing. Our grill is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner serving seafood and American foods. Enjoy our family fun environment with no alcohol.
